Speaker: Steve Elliott

Text:  2 Samuel 19

Grief has a way of making us forget, the living to whom we are indebted. Grief can blind us to the larger implications of our life circumstance. Healthy grief becomes unhealthy when it has something else mixed with.

Who in your life can speak the truth to you?

“…And the man that falls apart when the house is broken, these are tragic things as well. And he too cannot be mended again.”  Alan Paton

He learns that, yes, you can go back, but you cannot go back to yesterday.

We still must do the work of life even while we process life.

One of the most valuable lessons of a walk of faith in the living God is that no experience, however painful, need be wasted.
