This begins my list of some of my favorite parts about summer. I’m sure if I wanted to I could fill up an entire page with all the things I appreciate about summer because I so appreciate the sunshine and activities of this season, but I won’t bore you with that. Instead, I will draw your attention to the fifth item on that list above – Summer Bible study for women.

Have you seen the posters? Have you read the information about it in the Connector?

Beginning June 12th and going to July 31st on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Lower Auditorium, all women are invited to attend our study on Habakkuk. This study is based on the book, Women of the Word, by Jen Wilkin. Each woman will purchase their own book at https://www.amazon.com/Women-Word-Study-Bible-Hearts/dp/1433541769.   Debbie Kirk will be facilitating.  There is no childcare provided.

Registration is May 19th and 26th as well as June 2nd in the Atrium of First Alliance or by contacting me at susan.scott@faclex.com

May we join together with Habakkuk and say as in Habakkuk 3:19, “The Sovereign Lord is my strength.”
